North Loop Studio offers a spacious, versatile event space designed exclusively for private, invitation-only gatherings. Perfect for private dinners, intimate parties, family reunions, styled photoshoots, or creative projects, this space gives you complete control to curate every detail of your event.

The venue features lounge and meeting areas, one kitchen equipped with appliances and prep space for your catering team or personal use, private offices, 15-foot ceilings, grade-level loading, and ample free parking in a secure building. Catering can be brought in by you or a licensed professional of your choice, giving you full flexibility over your menu and service. In compliance with Minnesota liquor regulations, all alcohol must be provided by the host or guests — no alcohol sales, ticketing, or public events are permitted.

This private, invitation-only space is a blank canvas for your vision, offering a secure and adaptable setting where every detail — from décor to setup — is under your control, and every moment is yours to enjoy.
