North Loop Studio provides private access to studio space for creative work and closed, invitation-only gatherings arranged by the booking client. The space is not open to the public and is not operated as a public or ticketed venue.

This private, invitation-only space is a blank canvas for your vision, offering a secure and adaptable setting where every detail — from décor to setup — is under your control, and every moment is yours to enjoy.

All bookings include exclusive use of our private space, offering:

Is the space suitable for photoshoots and productions?

Absolutely. The venue is ideal for photography, videography, and creative productions requiring privacy, staging areas, and flexible layouts.

Do you have a photographer in house?

We have Leah. She can help with headshots or sourcing the real pros!

What types of use are allowed?

Our space is designed for private, invitation-only gatherings and creative projects. This includes styled photoshoots of intimate celebrations, private dinners, family gatherings, and curated experiences. Public events are not permitted.

What does my private booking include?

When you book North Loop Studio for your creative project, you receive exclusive access to Studios B & C, combined as one large, private space.

Your booking includes:

  • Studios B & C combined to create a spacious, flexible venue

  • A fully equipped kitchen for professional or self-arranged catering

  • Extensive production and staging areas

  • 15-foot ceilings with industrial character

  • Grade-level loading for easy setup and breakdown

  • Lounge and meeting areas

  • Secure, closed-door building

  • Ample free on-site parking

Note: Additional studio spaces are currently unavailable due to tenant occupancy. Your booking will be for Studios B & C only.

Until time can the rental space be rented?

Hours vary based on the booking and must be approved in advance. All rentals must conclude with locked doors by midnight or earlier.

Is the space open to the public?

No. All bookings are private use only and must be invitation-only and not open to the general public.

Can we sell tickets or charge admission?

No. To maintain compliance, ticket sales, cover charges, or public admission are not permitted.

Can we bring in our own catering?

Yes. Clients may bring in outside catering or work with a licensed catering professional of their choice. The kitchen is available to support prep and service needs. If you choose to hire bartending services, they must be properly licensed and insured.

Is alcohol allowed?

Alcohol may be present at when provided by the renter. All use must remain invitation-only. Alcohol sales, ticketed events, or public gatherings are not permitted.

Can guests purchase drinks or tickets?

No.

Can we decorate or rearrange the space?

Yes. The space is a blank canvas and may be rearranged to suit your event or production, provided it is returned to its original condition.

What are the rates for booking Studio B & C?

$2,500 per booking, plus a $300 cleaning fee.
Photography or videography projects: Please inquire for rates — we offer flexible pricing depending on the scope of your shoot.

All bookings include exclusive access to the space, the kitchen, production/staging areas, and parking.
